2023 Polaris Ranger & 2023 TTI Weedcontrol Spot Sprayer

2023 Polaris Ranger & 2023 TTI Weedcontrol Spot Sprayer

Background

This was a brand-new business venture for my client, who was a recruiter by trade. He was looking to form a farm labour-hire business whilst continuing to work full-time as a recruiter. He was looking to reduce his and required the initial outlay of funds to purchase a side-by-side sprayer.

On paper, this was a high-risk lend. This was a new venture, and our client did not have experience in this industry.

We worked with our client to create a business plan, secure a work source letter and complete a cashflow forecast on how the business would trade. We then used this to secure funding approval for this client in a full credit assessment.

124 acres, Land-only, building entitlement, no dwelling or shedding, water licence

Background

Clients were looking to purchase 124 acres inside a unit trust with the intention of running a small grazing and fodder operation. The farmland was purchased with a water licence attached to the property. We were able to include the water licence in the sale and fund the land purchase at 80%. The water licence was not needed in this instance for security. We funded this under a residential loan as there was a current building entitlement attached to the property contract. Property was stocked soon after settlement using an unsecured overdraft facilitated as part of this engagement too.
