Background
This was a brand-new business venture for my client, who was a recruiter by trade. He was looking to form a farm labour-hire business whilst continuing to work full-time as a recruiter. He was looking to reduce his and required the initial outlay of funds to purchase a side-by-side sprayer.
On paper, this was a high-risk lend. This was a new venture, and our client did not have experience in this industry.
We worked with our client to create a business plan, secure a work source letter and complete a cashflow forecast on how the business would trade. We then used this to secure funding approval for this client in a full credit assessment.
